Disposable Pen Series #18 Lesser Purple Emperor Caterpillar

Decided to work on a series of artworks where insects, lichen and moss are taking over disposable pens.

This is the eighteenth one, the caterpillar of the lesser purple emperor butterfly painted in #15
The caterpillar is normally green in colors, however I went with a purple on orange background to fit with its butterfly stage shown in #15 of the series.

This artwork comes unframed.
Please use a “passepartout” when framing original artworks. You don’t want the paper to touch the glass as condensation may cause damage.
I would also suggest to get a no-glare glass.
