Disposable Pen Series #15 Lesser Purple Emperor

Decided to work on a series of artworks where insects, lichen and moss are taking over disposable pens.

This is fifteenth one, the bright appearance of a lesser purple emperor butterfly (apatura ilia) in bright purplish blue and orange. The butterfly is on a disposable plastic pen.

This artwork comes unframed.
Please use a “passepartout” when framing original artworks. You don’t want the paper to touch the glass as condensation may cause damage.
I would also suggest to get a no-glare glass.
